The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns such as Siena. The hotel itself was stunning with a beautiful pool and incredible rooms. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially at reception and the bar. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided a great sense of Tuscany with its charming architecture and well-kept grounds. The dining room was exceptional with a wide range of food and wine choices. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay in the area truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region!

Absolutely wonderful. This is a charming hotel with wonderful staff. We went with our two daughters and had a suite with two full baths. There is a very nice pool. The restaurant was closed when we were there, but there was still a full breakfast. The staff could not have been more helpful--they helped us get the GPS going in our rental car and even arranged a cooking class for me at a local restaurant. The restaurant across the street from the hotel is terrific and reasonable. The hotel location is convenient for visiting Sienna and San Giamgiano. We took a day trip to Pisa-about an hour and a half away.

Wonderful hotel, the staff were all very very helpful and reasonably good and the location was excellent on the Tuscan hills of Siena. The breakfast available was savoury and extensive with coffee made to order and a capuccino, for instance. In general the service was really great! We had a lovely time.

It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with the neighbouring bathroom and a large whirlpool tub, as example and that went well. Very-very nice and really good staff, gave a lot of information.

We enjoyed the comfort and position of the room. The breakfast and dinners were great. The pool was very refreshing and relaxing. The hotel was also about 1 hour drive from all the cities we visited. The staff was very helpful.
We found out too late that some of the windows had screens and so we did not open the windows at night for fear of mosquitoes. Also I misunderstood that green towels for the pool were free every day. These unfortunate situations were my fault more than the staff's- I could have asked about the problems.

This is a converted monastery that was built in the 10th century or earlier. It is an amazing hotel. Service is great and the rooms and facilities are very nice.

Nice atmosphere. Relaxing. For people who like to have a quiet hotel and not crowded.
The breakfast was very basic. Not a 4 star hotel quality.

The rooms were not clean. The bathroom amenities were used and were empty. Although we have booked two rooms same category- romantic room- the rooms were totally different. One of the rooms was a big room with a big bathroom with jacuzzi and the other room was a smaller room with a regular bathroom with shower .There is no good restaurant near the hotel - the only way to eat a good meal is to drive 20 minurtes
